Surgical Solutions - Alopecia Reductions
 Bald scalp reduction involves the removal of an area of bald scalp from the crown and top of the head. Rarely used as individual treatments to baldness, they are however used as an aid to hair transplantation, because they provide a rapid reduction in the size of the bald area. This can have advantages in cases where donor hair is very limited.
Follicular Unit Hair Transplantation can be performed simultaneously or subsequently to create a hairline, to further fill in the remaining areas of baldness, and sometimes right along the healed scalp reduction incisions.
